no grease, crispy salt baked peanut

 1. start by pouring boiling water on the peanuts and let soak for about 10 minutes.

2 drain and place on a bowl

3 add garlic, ginger, pepper, star anise and a little 5 spice powder and splash of white wine

4.mix together for flavor

5.Then, heat a pan and add a good amount of salt on medium heat

6 once salt is hot, add the peanuts and stir on low heat

7.keep stirring slowly so peanuts dry out and become crispy as the heat rises

8 add chili pepper and continue cooking until the garlic and ginger are dry

9 dry garlic and ginger means peanuts are ready. 

10 remove the peanuts from the salt through colander and let peanuts cool

11. pack and serve
