1. clean duck, boil for 10 minutes in plain water
2. remove duck in hot water, wash
3. Marinate in brine with crushed pineapple or grated papaya for 1 hour.
cook as preferred. If for frying, dry duck.

On flat surface place oiled banana leaf, then put bibinka batter. When bottom is cooked, place another banana leaf on top and reverse the batter. When cooked, add filling and fold. Serve

- yema
- coconut
- banan lanka
- cheese
- cut radish into long strips. sprinkle with salt and rest for a while. rinse with clean water squeeze to dry out as much as possblle
