oatmeal and egg drop soup

 boil one and three fourth cups  chicken stock or water with half teaspoon chicken powder. bouillon

add two teaspoon quick cooking oatmeal and other desired ingredients

pour seasoning mix of fish sauce, sugar, citrus juice, black pepper - to taste

slowly pour slightly beaten egg to boiling stock or water

turn off heat, add sesame oil at last minute before serving
