salted egg yolk in olive oil

 separate raw salted egg yolk from white. 

In clean jar or bottle, place egg yolk, cover with olive oil.

Add sliced lemon to oil. Gently cover jar.

Place bottle in pan. fill pan with water up to bottle neck

Heat the water to simmering point. Simmer for 15-30 minutes.

Do not let water reach boiling point.
